Register Now

Registration for the CAPhO Conference 2019 and the CAPhO Drug Interactions Workshop is closed. Onsite registration will open on Thursday, April 25 at 15:00 in the Nova Scotia Ballroom Foyer.

If you are a member of CAPhO or attended the CAPhO Conference 2018, you should have recieved an email containing your personalized links to register for the Conference and Drug Interactions Workshop. If you have not received an email with your personalized links, contact the association management office at info@capho.org.

If you have submitted a poster abstract, you can access the CAPhO 2019 registration site and enter the username and password you created for your poster abstract submission to proceed with Conference and/or Workshop registration.

If you are not a member of CAPhO, did not attend the CAPhO Conference 2018 and have not submitted a poster abstract, please access the CAPhO 2019 registration site and create a new user account. You are required to provide your email address and create a password and then you can proceed with Conference and/or Workshop registration.

Registration Fees

Registration fees are quoted in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and exclude 15% Harmonized Sales Tax. Early Bird rates are available until Monday, March 4, 2019. Pre-registrants who pay their registration fee after Monday, March 4 will be charged the regular registration fees.

CAPhO Member registration fees are available to those who have paid their 2018 and renewed their 2019 CAPhO membership. CAPhO Member registrations will be verified and the difference will be charged if a registrant does not qualify for the member's rate. 

Non-Member registration fees do not include membership to CAPhO.

Industry Representatives registration fee is due for registrants from companies who offer products or services to the CAPhO community and would like to attend the Conference without sponsoring or purchasing exhibit space.

Full Conference registration fees include admission to:

Daily attendance is available on Saturday or Sunday and includes scientific sessions and food and beverage functions on the day of attendance except the CAPhO Awards Gala on Saturday.

CAPhO Awards Gala tickets for guests, daily registrants and sponsors are available at the cost of $79 per person and can be purchased during the online registration process (subject to availability).

Drug Interactions Workshop

If you would like to attend the Drug Interactions Workshop, visit the Drug Interactions Workshop page for registration fees. The Workshop is limited to 24 participants. If the participant limit has been reached your name will be added to a waitlist and you will be contacted if space becomes available.

Methods of Payment

Credit Card: American Express, MasterCard and Visa

If paying by credit card, Sea to Sky Meeting Management will appear as the vendor on your credit card statement. The confirmation email is your payment receipt.

Cheque

If you are paying by cheque, include CAPhO 2019 and/or DI Workshop and the name of the registrant(s) on the cheque and make the cheque payable to Sea to Sky Meeting Management Inc. Funds are due in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and must be drawn from a Canadian bank. The payment address will be included on the invoice that is sent to the email address provided in your registration upon completion of the registration. A receipt will be sent by email once payment has been received.

Cancellation, Refund and Substitution Policy

Conference

Refunds are available until Monday, March 4, 2019 and are subject to a cancellation administration fee of $100 per person. As of Tuesday, March 5, 2019, no refunds will be provided, however substitutions can be made until midnight PDT on Monday, April 22, 2019. 

Drug Interactions Workshop

There are no refunds for cancellations; however, substitutions can be made until midnight PDT on Monday, April 22, 2018.

All cancellations or substitution requests must be received in writing by the Association Management Office at conference@capho.org. Substitutions must be made at an equal or lesser registration category. No refunds will be issued for substitutions.

Dietary Requirements

Please specify any dietary requirements during the registration process so that we can make arrangements in advance for your registered food and beverage events.

If you require special assistance please specify your requirements during the registration process.

Insurance and Liability

Participants take part in the CAPhO Conference and/or Drug Interactions Workshop at their own risk and need to make their own health and travel insurance arrangements.
